Email, Text and In-app Alerts
Northway Bank gives you an extra layer of security with customizable alerts that help you spot suspicious activity on your business accounts. You can choose to receive alerts via email, text, or in-app message. Get immediate notification of your account balance, and debits/credits posted to your account. You will automatically be notified via email of high risk activities such as a change to your contact information. You can choose to enable additional alert methods for these activities.
How to Enroll
- Log into or enroll in online banking.
- Navigate to the account you wish to receive alerts on.
- Click "Alert Preferences".
- Follow the prompts to customize your alerts.
- To add additional alert methods for default alerts, navigate to Settings and click on "User Alerts".
